Please read this document carefully before using the re9 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the re9 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the re9 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and re9 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those updated Terms.
The re9 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your location.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the re9 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. re9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact re9 customer support immediately.
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing, transferring, or allowing another person to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or any deceptive methods to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Creating duplicate accounts or fake accounts using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the re9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, and other local Malaysian methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts are set by re9 and may change from time to time. All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances outlined in the current payment policy. re9 reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel any deposit suspected of involving fraud or unlawful activity.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to an approved payment method once identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed. re9 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Any taxes or charges associated with a transaction are solely the user's responsibility.
Fraud & Suspicious Transactions
Re9 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any user suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates the law. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
Re9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, requests from regulatory authorities, or any other reason re9 deems necessary to protect the platform and its users. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support.
Liability Limits
Re9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and re9 makes no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of information on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the re9 platform — including logos, text, designs, software, and graphics — is the exclusive property of re9 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from re9.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Changes to Terms
Re9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
